J/K Heya all. i know i have been gone a while. sorry for this.. things have changed a LOT.i now have another daughter. thats right, as of yesterday she is 2 months old already. her name is Erika Ivy. i will try to get a pic up asap. i will try to get in here more often, i hope to get in again soon. I got a new job (finally) i now work for Wal-Mart. been there for just over three months. i will get back soon. Be good all.

Here we go again

Well, it seems that my job is on shaky ground again. Not that this is anything new, but now it seems my expectation to keep working through it are comming to an end. I am, within the next 2 weeks to 3 months, going to be loosing my job. This is not goos seeing as though i just dumped $79,000 on a home and $9,000 on a car last fall. If things don't look up quick for me, i could be loosing a lot.

I know its been a while since i wrote, work has kept me busy. I will be dropping lines how things are going as i go.

New year, new hope for a child.

My wife and i have been trying to have a kid for 6 years now, and it has been a pain in the ass. we try and try and never get anywhere, we have tried doctors and are now going to a new set. we even took 2 years off just to see if it would help. Now it is feb 06 and the new year is bringing some new news. we are getting a dye test run on my wife, they think her tubes may be collapsed. that will hit on her next cycle. we are hoping for the best be you never know with these thing.

Sorry its been a while, my work keeps me busy, but yes i am still around. :)

Sorry its been so long all.

Sorry its been so long, works got me tied up and it just keeps getting better and better. My cars heater went kapooy, and the floorboards are falling out, not to mention the front part of my seat now hangs beneath the car. Though i have a new 2004 olds alero comming on thursday, for $215/month. only got 40k miles on her and i got the warrenty for 100k. so i should be good to go for a while. I will try to get in more, but seeing as though a lot of shit is going on, it may be hard. Hope you all have a great christmas and a happy new year if i do not see you before then :)

Time goes on.

Sorry its been so long all, not a lot has changed. My wife got another tattoo, my daughters name on her back, it looks great, that brings my wife to two and i still have three about to be four. they are addictive lil things i swear. very addictive. Everything seems to be going well. our home is perfect, and life is just seeming to fly by for us. The credit card thing is still being worked out, but its only a matter of time and we will take care of that too. Sorry i don't have a lot to go on about, but i am sure more drama will come sooner or later.

29.99% interest.

Ok, this is the post that will tell credit card users to WATCH THE FUCK OUT! i used to have a Capitol 1 card. $200 and 19.99% interest. Not much to speak of but the only problem was their people were pricks. So i picked up a Providian card, $2000, 12.99% for the first 6 months going to 19.99% fixed. Well at least thats what i thought. For the past year and a half, my wife and i have been paying $120-150/month on a $68/month payment to get ourselves back out. Turns out we are actually falling BEHIND! so after finally realizing the pattern *i must be a fool for not looking sooner* i called in after looking at my online account. So this chick starts telling me that i am not paying on the princaple. So i flip out saying we are sending twice as much per month then you ask for what do you mean? She returns your intrest rate is above that. *enter dead silence drop jaw sound here* well what is my interest rate at? 29.99%. WTF!?!? i signed on at a 19.99% fixed rate, why did you jack me? i am sorry sir, our computer says that you are on a variable rate not a fixed. i told her I AM ON A 19.99% fixed! no sir you are not, you are on a variable, and our computers are never wrong!. *enter a long line of explisitives here* I finally told her that i will be closing out my account soon, and i will inform everyone in my area of the shit your pulling. and she says, sir is there any way i can help? and i scream sure raise my rates another 10% no thanks get lost, your service sucks and i have no wish to ever do business with you again. and then i hung up. I am getting a new card, better limit, better rewards through my bank *personal friends with our bank rep, so i will be doing MUCH better, wish i had done this in the begining* and do a balance transfer to the new card *prolly at 16.99%*


Moral of the story:

NEVER TRUST YOUR CREDIT COMPANY, AND ALWAYS ASK QUESTION WHILE YOU KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR ACCOUNT. CHECK OFTEN!

The slow down period.

UUUUUGGGHHHH!

My company always slows down in the fall, and this year like any other, has started its downward decent. As my payroll billing drops, so does my pay. Is just the type of business i am in. (Temp staffing) I am a Manager of Staffing. Its no supprise, but it sucks when you just buy a hpose and need the extra cash flow. X-mas is gonna be dismal. i hope my family understands our $10-15 gifts for everyone. Its kinda nerve wracking. Oh well, nothing to do about it till spring.

X360 comes out in nov 22, and i am hopeing i have enough saved for it by then. if not, it will have to wait till tax season before i buy it. Oblivion is looking strong (see my other blog www.niccio2.blogspot.com (Oblivions Calling) for a lil more detail on it. I hope everyone else is doing well.

Sick

Damn i hate being sick, i hate it. its nuts, you can barely keep your eyes open in the morning, your head hurts all day and you feel like your face got stepped on by someone with kleats. I wanted to stay home again (stayed hope yesterday) but i had an important business meeting to attend.( wonder if i'll see a bonus for this). My other blog is up an running (i do not expect all of you over there seeing as though its primarily about gaming, but it would be cool if you dropped by.) but no comments yet, who knows maybe i will just dump it after a month if i do not start gaining an audiance. Have yet to sit down and start to write my book (procrastination sucks) its just one of those lulls in life i guess. I am thankful for you all that are still comming and i will try to get in here as much as possible to keep you all abreast on whats going on with me and my life.

A Blog apart.

I am planning to create another blog aside from this, based solely on games and honoring them. Chief amoung them, Oblivion (elder scrolls 4) I have been wanting to make a blog dedicated to the gaming industry, and i think i will give it a try. I will drop hints and the final site once i get everything together.

Otherwise, nothing of any real interest has been happening. Getting preped for nov 22 and the realease of xbox 360 and Oblivion, and dieing to get myself into that world. Things are about to change in the gaming industry. Things as we know it, will astound and amaze once again.

Its over.

Well, its finally over. Monday Was the court date for the termination of parental rights and the adoption for my daughter. It was a sickening display (glad my daughter was not there to witness it.) in the courtroom. My ex was laughing and giggling throughout the entire thing. Every time a question came up on "do you understand you are loosing this right" she smiled big and almost laughed a yes. At one point the judge upset, says "Do you have a real grip on what your doing? Do you understand the severity of this situation?" and she smiled big and with a resounding YES. Looked at him smug. My attorney shook her head at it, and the G.A.L. even could not believe it. They reiterated the questions back a couple times to make sure and she just sat there, smiling and giggling.

Oh well.. Whatever. Its over, My wife is the mother of my daughter permanently, and that's not going to change. We have our house, we have our dreams and we have our future. What more could we want.

Writing a book.

Well, it seems that it is coming time for me to yank my puter at home back out and hit up the old Microsoft word. I used to write young adult books. (fantasy adventure, d&d style books). I once wrote an 80 page book. But I never had the guts to send it in. Now I feel it may be time to try again. A lot of people are telling me I have a mastery of the English language and that I really need to try my hand at writing. I don't know, part of me says hell yes, while the other part says it will never go through. Oh well. I am going to try anyways. Who knows, maybe I can get WoC (wizards of the coast) to read it and include me in one of their short story works, or even a full length work. Talk about a dream come true. That would rate up there with becoming a video game tester/critic/reviewer/previewer. I will keep you all up with my story as it comes, maybe even through in a few lines from time to time.
