Explosion.

I get off work yesterday and went home so that I can see my lawyer at 3pm. When I got home first, I walked over to the gas station to pick up some food before I go. My daughter best friends mother works there and pulled me aside to let me know that crystal (my daughter) was teaching Lexi (her daughter) how to French kiss. Of course you know this infuriated me. So I asked my daughter where she learned it from. And she says I saw sandy and mike (my ex-wife and her boyfriend) doing it and sandy told me what it was. At this point I lost it. I called her cell phone and let her have it. I let her know I was going to the lawyers office. Upon going there and letting him know what was up, he calls human services on a neglect, willfully endangering, and sexual assault case. Before I left I told him that I knew what my ex would do. The moment I would talk to her she would threaten to sign off on crystal. He said if that's the case we can handle that too.

so I get home from the lawyer, and sure enough my ex calls. She HAPPILY asks me, "what seems to be the problem?" and I went nuts. I let her know that I have started an investigation and that the state is gonna have a field day with her. She smugly says "I don't need the damn courts or any of that. I am signing off my parental rights and signing off on my child support" (when you give over full custody you stop paying child support) during our conversation, she mentioned cutting the support 4 times, and never once said she would miss her child. Turns out she's pregnant again (third time.. 3 kids three fathers) and it sounds like she need the money more then she needs her daughter. She refused to give me her mailing address to send the paperwork to. Which in short will take an extra 1-2 months to get a court order to get it from her work or from the child support agency. So she looses another $400 a month till they get the addy.

I call my lawyer back, and told him it happened the way I said. And he said he would get the paperwork for the parental transfer going right away. I asked if health and human services called back, and he said they had not yet, and I told him to just drop the charges, and get me my daughter. And he said it will be done.

So it seems that I will get my way after all. I just hope this all goes smoothly..

sexual assault of a minor?

i am so fucking pissed right now i just cannot see straight. my ex wife gets visitation of my daughter every other weekend. and a couple visits ago, this bone head shes with has a daughter with a lot of problems. this lil girl (8 one year older then my daughter) made my daughter play a "sexy game" and forced my daughter to lick her neck and stomach!!! i am so fucking pissed! i contacted my attourney and have a meeting set for this comming monday night. I just ... i feel dead inside, that i let this happen to my baby!!!

headaches.

its always one thing after another. problems with the ex-wife and her visitations, lost my 92 Cadillac Elderado to the scrap yard, one of my best friends back stab me and leave me for dead. I just do not know how long i will be able to keep my head above water before i just break down and cry my eyes out. I have headaches all the time. I find eating hard, and sleeping worse. WHEN WILL THINGS GET BETTER!?!?!?!?!?!

Been a while..

WOW!! its been a while. A lot has happened since my last post. i have moved offices! no more fumes to give me migraines. no noisy neighbors. no aggrivations!. On GMF :http://www.gamesmainframe.com
Sammy has put up some mini games which i have just starting dominating. 42/75 trophies. though i gotta admit they got some nice challenges there. I even got my mother playing the games there (sweetpeadonna) Oh well, i will have to come post here more often, just been hectic. untill i write again, thanks for stopping in.
